During summer, free weekly bike and hiking tours are organised with a scheduled shuttle service to the hiking areas. There is also a games room for children up to 6 years of age. The hotel is in a natural reserve, with limited traffic. Offering direct access to the Seiser Alm, Gröden and Sellaronda ski areas, Sporthotel Sonne is set in its own furnished garden with a small lake. Ortisei is a short chair lift ride away. A generous breakfast is served daily, and the buffet includes eggs, cold cuts, brioches and handmade cakes. An on-site spa is complete with indoor pool, Finnish sauna and more treatments. Allergy-free rooms are provided on request. There are 2 bars on site and a restaurant is open for à-la-carte lunch and fixed-menu dinner. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers, and a second terrace is furnished with tables and chairs. The bus to Bolzano stops nearby.
