All apartments have a balcony or a terrace and offer free WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a private bathroom and cable TV are further features of the Kogler apartments. They come with light wooden furniture and parquet flooring. Ski equipment can be stored in a separate room equipped with a boot dryer and in summer you can take advantage of the garden. The completely ecologically friendly Haus Kogler enjoys a quiet location in Assach, Oberen Ennstal /Schladming-Dachstein, a 7-minute drive from the Hauser Kaibling Ski Area and about a 10-minute drive from Schladming. A restaurant is located right opposite Haus Kogler and the free ski bus stops a 2-minute walk away. From 15 May to 15 October the Summer Card is included in room rate, offering many free activities in the region. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment every morning. In Schladming you can find numerous restaurants and bars, a cinema, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. There is also a wood pellet heating system installed. The house has an off-grid solar system used for water heating and electricity.
